This 3-bedroom, 1st floor apartment with spectacular beach and sea views is situated right on the main beach of Ballito and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 2 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls. There is one flight of stairs down from your under-cover parking past the lovely swimming pool and communal braai areas into the apartment. All 3 bedrooms have full sea views. The main bedroom has a king size bed and is en suite with a bath and shower. The second bedroom have two single beds and the third a double bed as well as a bunk bed. The second bathroom has bath and shower. There is a separate guest toilet with a basin. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, lounge, and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas top stove, double door fridge freezer/ washing machine/ tumble dryer/ dish washer and microwave. The spacious well furnished open plan dining room/lounge area has a plasma TV with HP DSTV. Although there’s no braai on the patio, there’s a lovely braai area situated at the complex swimming pool close to your back door. There is secure undercover parking for one vehicle. The gate is accessible by remote control only. A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
